NOTE: You must pay the event registration fee before calling the resort to make arrangements for a room. You must provide the front desk with your BrownPaperTickets.com registration number before they will accept your request for a room.

On the day of registration at the event, everyone--weekend passholders and day use pass holders alike--will be required to sign a release form. Anyone refusing to sign the release will not be allowed admission to the weekend, regardless of whether you are staying at the host resort. There will be no refunds of either the event fee or of any room deposits which may have been paid up to that point. A copy of the release is available HERE if you would like to review it before completing and paying for your registration.

Terms, Conditions & Release of Liability

I understand that Spring FFling®, April 29 - May 1, 2011, to be held at The Woods Resort in Guerneville, California, is an event designed for men who are interested in participating in a specialized sexual activity commonly known as fisting.

I understand that fisting involves the insertion of the human hand into the anus of another person. I understand and accept all risks associated with this sexual activity.

I understand that this is a safer sex event where condoms and gloves will be provided free of charge and where their use is strongly encouraged.

I understand that there is a "no recreational drug" policy for this event.

I understand that there is great risk of physical harm, including death, should I combine the use of poppers with medications for treatment of erectile disfunction, or with nitrates which are commonly prescribed for various heart conditions.

I indemnify and hold harmless Handball Heaven, its officers, volunteers, sponsors, presenters, agents, vendors, as well as any and all affiliates of Handball Heaven from all claims arising from my violation of this policy.

I understand that the registration fee is not refundable.

I uderstand that I will be asked to sign an event release at the door upon registering at the event site. I understand that if I refuse to sign the release, that I will not be allowed to attend Spring FFling and that there will be no refunds of either the event registration fee or of any deposit made for accommodations at the Woods Resort.

I understand that I am responsible for bringing play sheets, floor coverings and painters tape to secure them in the event I intend to play in my room. The use of CRISCO or similar products is not allowed in the rooms of the resort.

I understand that the Woods Resort will hold me personally responsible if there are excessive costs for cleaning my room or bedding.

I am not offended by male nudity or by sex between men.

2) I attend this event on my own free will;

3) I understand and acknowledge that fisting and other activities at Spring FFling® have inherent dangers that no amount of care, caution, preparation, or expertise can eliminate, and I expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of harm of any kind, including but not limited to emotional harm, personal injury, infection, disease, or death sustained as a result of participating in Spring FFling®, whether or not caused by the negligence of Handball Heaven, its officers, volunteers, sponsors, presenters, agents, vendors, as well as any and all affiliates of Handball Heaven. I understand that such conssequences may result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but may be caused by the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the procedures and techniques of play, the conditions of the premises, or because of equipment.

I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF INJURIES HOWEVER CAUSED, WHILE ON THE PREMISES, WHETHER USING THE FACILITIES OR NOT, EVEN IF CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ACTION, INACTION, OR NEGLIGENCE OF HANDBALL HEAVEN, ITS OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, SPONSORS, PRESENTERS, AGENTS, VENDORS, AS WELL AS ANY AND ALL AFFILIATES OF HANDBALL HEAVEN TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
